Human Resource Management
Buffalo State utilizes a web-based applicant tracking system, PeopleAdmin, for the online management of the recruitment process for faculty, professional, classified, and graduate assistant vacancies. The applicant tracking system intakes the employment applications (including resumes, cover letters, etc). The recruitment process for faculty, professional, and graduate assistants includes the completion of a recruitment plan/job posting, pre-interview search report (graduate assistants excluded), interview and recommendation report, and appointment form. Targeted training is provided to individuals involved in the recruitment process.
For assistance with the process or search waiver inquiries, please contact Carey Seneca or call 878-4822.
