Stockton application fee waiver
You will apply as a FIRST-YEAR if: you are currently in high school (regardless of college credits earned) or are an adult student who has never attended college.
You will apply as a TRANSFER if: you have already graduated high school and have previously taken courses at another 2- or 4-year college.

- If applying via the Stockton web application (for transfer applicants ONLY): Use the code STOCKTONU2025.
- If applying via the Common App: Please answer "yes" to the following question: " Are you requesting an application fee waiver?"
Application Requirements
- Completed application(Common App or Apply Coalition with Scoir)
- $50 application fee or fee waiver
- Official high school transcript(s)*
Recommended Items
- 2-3 letters of recommendation
- Essay/writing sample
- SAT and/or ACT scores(required for certain programs - click here for exceptions to our test optional policy)
* If you are unable to secure your official transcript(s), we will use your unofficial transcript(s) to review your application, and, if admitted, your admission is conditional pending the receipt of your official transcript(s). Official documents must be received by the Office of Admissions prior to the start of classes. If you fail to provide the official documents, your admission and any subsequent class registration will be cancelled.
If you have earned a GED, please submit your equivalency test scores and high school transcript(s) for years attended.
